Cavendish Studios is a London based design studio working on residential and commercial projects in the UK and internationally.

Our ethos as a studio centers on the process itself. We are united by a shared love of design steeped in purpose and artistry. We believe that original ideas are born from lively discourse and meaningful engagement, between us a team and with our clients.

What sets us apart is our strength in valuing our unique individual skills without the need to conform to a single design identity. This approach allows us to engage in a broad range of projects while maintaining the authenticity that each project deserves.

Sophocles Maraveyas has twenty years of experience working on high-end residential and commercial projects, including hotels. He has architectural training but is predominantly a space planner. He works closely with his clients, supporting them to clarify and manifest the aesthetic and environmental layout that most closely represents who they are and how it is they wish to live, and in the case of commercial clients how they want the space to be experienced. Each of his projects is unique in that it is less about his individual stamp and more about helping the client make theirs. He is well versed in managing layered and challenging projects right down to the finest detail.
